Pakistan Police HQ Attack Leaves 31 Dead

A suicide bombing and gun attack at a police headquarters in Kohat, Pakistan, killed at least 31 people, including 16 police personnel, while more than 100 were injured. The assault triggered a prolonged gunbattle with security forces. Eight attackers were later killed as authorities concluded a clearance operation at the compound.
