Vehicles without a valid Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC) will not receive petrol or diesel at fuel stations in Gautam Buddh Nagar from October 1. The measure follows Commission for Air Quality Management aimed at curbing vehicular emissions. Fuel stations will verify PUCC status through an app-based system before refuelling vehicles.
