Thousands of poor families in Visakhapatnam received a big boost towards home ownership as CM Chandrababu distributed housing pattas to 28,445 beneficiaries. The govt regularised 399 acres across 11 mandals for residential purposes. The land has a total estimated value of ₹8,874 crore, providing greater security of tenure and housing prospects.
