Shruti Haasan has reportedly replaced Samantha in the Indo-UK film Chennai Story after Samantha took a break due to pregnancy. Directed by BAFTA winner Philip John, the film is based on Timeri N. Murari's novel 'The Arrangements of Love.' The story follows Nikhil's journey to Chennai, where detective Anu helps him find his estranged father.
