Sanchita Dey Pradhan, the Mamata Banerjee camp's Nandigram bypoll candidate, met West Bengal CM Suvendu Adhikari and withdrew her candidature on the last day of nominations. The ECI allotted new names and symbols to both Trinamool factions. Polling is on October 6, counting on October 9.
