A Delhi court has granted Swatantra Bhardwaj three weeks of interim bail in a case involving the alleged assault of Nishu Azad’s father. Police said caste-related allegations were added later. The Supreme Court has also sought a report on alleged harassment of Nishu, 14, and ordered protection for her and her family during the case.
