Delhi Police arrested 3 people for allegedly painting offensive slogans and graffiti at Singhu Border at the behest of Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. Police registered an FIR and identified the accused through CCTV footage. The vehicle allegedly used in the incident was seized. The arrests came as the BRICS Summit continued in New Delhi.
