United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres is scheduled to arrive in Delhi today, Sept 11, at 1 pm at Terminal 3 of IGI Airport. He will address the opening session of the BRICS Summit, stressing the need to reform multilateral institutions, including UN Security Council. Guterres is also expected to meet Prime Minister Modi and other leaders.
