Gujarat has allocated Rs 301 crore to prepare for the 2030 Commonwealth Games. The amount includes Rs 200 crore for the host fee, Rs 100 crore for organising the event and Rs 1 crore as a token provision. Ahmedabad will be the main centre for preparations. The state has also formed a dedicated company to manage the Games.
