India has an estimated 190 nuclear warheads, about 20 more than Pakistan, according to the Federation of American Scientists. India operates nine nuclear-capable systems and is developing more. The report says India’s stockpile may grow further. Russia and the US have the world’s largest arsenals, with China rapidly expanding its nuclear forces.
