Delhi CM Rekha Gupta promised strict action after a building collapsed in Satya Niketan, killing 3 people. She said the govt’s first priority was rescuing those trapped inside. Rescue teams from NDRF, police, fire services and other agencies are working at the site. Gupta warned that anyone responsible, including officials or the owner, would not be spared.
