The Jharkhand government has declared 2-days of state mourning in honour of senior JMM leader and Minister Sudivya Kumar, who died this morning, officials said. All scheduled government programmes have been cancelled during the mourning period. According to an official notification, all Jharkhand government offices will remain closed on September 7.
