Air Vice Marshal (AVM) Shakti Sharma joined the Indian Air Force's Education Branch on June 18, 1994. Over her career, she served at training institutions, field stations, command and Air Headquarters. She gained experience in education, training, admin and planning. She contributed to establishing IAF Chairs of Excellence at IIT Kanpur and Pune University.
