Indian domestic stock markets opened largely losses on Monday, August 31. The BSE Sensex slipping 299.19 points, or 0.39%, to 76,968.25, while the NSE Nifty 50 dropped 199.05 points, or 0.49%, to 24,059.11. Meanwhile, the Indian rupee was trading at ₹95.44 against the US dollar. Investors also remained very cautious amid mixed global oil market cues.
