Nepal has issued a fresh flood warning as water levels in the Bhote Koshi River in Rasuwa continue to rise. Authorities said the downstream Trishuli River at Galchhi in Dhading district is flowing around three metres above normal. The increase is linked to flooding upstream, while an obstruction in the Lhende Khola has raised fears of another big flood.
