Hyderabad Raidurg Plot Sold For Massive Price

A 5.38-acre plot in Hyderabad’s Raidurg area, Telangana, was sold for a record ₹1,447.22 crore at a TGIIC auction. The land fetched ₹269 crore per acre, beating the earlier record of ₹264 crore. The two August auctions together earned ₹2,833.22 crore. The record prices show strong demand for prime commercial land in Raidurg.
