Telangana Plans World-Class Golf Courses To Boost Tourism

Telangana plans to develop world-class golf courses to promote golf tourism, Minister Jupally Krishna Rao said. A 130-acre course is planned near Shamirpet, while another is proposed at Somasila near the Krishna River and Nallamala forests. The Telangana Golconda Masters will be held from September 1 to 4, with 132 golfers competing for ₹1 crore.
