Why Centre Wants To Set Up NIA Courts In 3 States?

The Central Govt will set up new special NIA courts in Rajasthan, Bihar and Andhra Pradesh to ensure more effective trials in terrorism cases. The courts are expected to strengthen the judicial process by improving case handling and reducing delays. The move aims to support timely prosecution of offences investigated by the National Investigation Agency.
