Haryanvi singer and YouTuber Ankit Balyan was shot dead outside a gym in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh, by unidentified assailants on two motorcycles. He had over 3.66 lakh subscribers. Police are investigating. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav condemned the killing, called it an attack on the Jat community, and demanded a probe into possible political rivalry.
