Telangana BJP chief Ramchander Rao expressed displeasure after being placed under house arrest while attempting to meet students. He alleged that the situation in TG was worse than during the Congress-era Emergency. Rao demanded resolution of polytechnic students' concerns and called for withdrawal of GO 97, accusing the govt of jeopardising students' futures.
