IRCTC Users Face Forced Action, Unwanted Offers: Survey

A survey found that 70% of IRCTC users experienced 'forced action' while booking or cancelling tickets. Other reported issues included nagging, basket sneaking and hidden charges. The survey, based on over 90,000 responses, also found complaints about unexpected logouts, unwanted offers and confusing booking screens that could affect passengers’ choices.
