ICAT has issued its first compliance certificate for a 15-metre multi-axle sleeper bus made by Synaty Automotive. The bus was tested for safety, structure, fire protection and passenger comfort under Indian standards. It can carry 42 sleeper berths or 21 berths with 42 seats. The certification marks a milestone for advanced passenger transport in India.
