Heavy rain caused waterlogging and traffic disruptions across Gurugram, renewing concerns over civic infrastructure. Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Tokhan Sahu reviewed the Gurugram Metro Project, AMRUT 2.0 and CITIIS 2.0, focusing on faster implementation. Under AMRUT 2.0, ₹71,133 crore has been allocated for septage infrastructure.
