The Calcutta High Court has given relief to TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee in three FIRs. The court ordered that no coercive action be taken against him until November 30 or further orders. It said custodial questioning was not needed now. Banerjee must cooperate with the investigation and get 48 hours’ notice before questioning.
