Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, serving a 20-year sentence for raping two disciples, walked out of Haryana’s Sunaria jail on Tuesday. He has been granted a 21-day furlough and will stay at the Dera headquarters in Sirsa. This is his 17th temporary release since his conviction in 2017, drawing renewed scrutiny.
