California Calls Off Paramount Talks On Warner Merger

California Attorney General Rob Bonta cancelled a scheduled meeting with Paramount Skydance executives over the state's lawsuit against its proposed Warner Bros. Discovery takeover. Bonta called off the meeting late Sunday, accusing Paramount of acting in bad faith. He also alleged the company had leaked details of an earlier meeting held on August 21.
