SC To Take Up Upadhyay's FIR Plea Tomorrow

The Supreme Court will hear journalist Abhishek Upadhyay's plea tomorrow challenging a Ghaziabad FIR over an alleged road rage case. Upadhyay has termed the allegations fabricated and claimed harassment over his reporting on Ram temple donations and alleged corruption. He has sought quashing of the FIR or an independent probe, citing arrest and safety concerns.
