Assam’s flood situation improved, but the death toll rose to 105 after one more person drowned. Over 31,900 people remain affected across four districts, with Nagaon the worst-hit. The state has opened 15 relief centres. Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma also released ₹47.93 crore in aid to 31,951 affected families.
