The Uttar Pradesh ATS arrested 24-year-old Mohammad Zafar for alleged links with Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed. Officials said he collected donations in the name of a madrasa and allegedly sent money to Pakistan. Investigators also found jihad-related content and contacts with Pakistan-based handlers on his phone. Zafar has been booked under UAPA provisions.
