The Delhi High Court will today hear the CBI's challenge to the discharge of Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and 21 others in the liquor policy case. Kejriwal and Sisodia have sought dismissal of the revision plea, calling it hastily filed and legally unsustainable. They argued the CBI failed to identify specific errors in the trial court's detailed discharge order.
