A case was filed against Aishwarya, daughter of Karnataka BJP MLA B Suresh Gowda, for allegedly slapping and verbally abusing woman sub-inspector Savitha Patil at a temple. The officer was on duty during Bhima Amavasya celebrations. The MLA apologized, claiming the officer abused his daughter first.
