Builder-Bank Nexus Case: ED Raids Accross Delhi-NCR

The ED conducted searches across Delhi-NCR in two builder-bank nexus cases involving alleged cheating of homebuyers through subvention schemes. The cases concern AVJ Developers and Rudra Buildwell Construction. The PMLA probe followed CBI FIRs alleging buyers were promised "No EMI Till Possession" schemes, but flats remained undelivered for years.
