An Air India A320neo flying Phuket-Delhi reportedly lost control of major flight surfaces for 4 seconds after failures in all three hydraulic systems on August 4. The aircraft dropped around 300 feet, injuring 24 people. Carrying 145 passengers and crew, the plane temporarily lost elevator and aileron control before hydraulic functions recovered.
