Gujarat Gets Approval For Desert-Themed Night Safari

Gujarat's proposed 103-hectare desert-themed zoo and night safari at Juna Deesa has received CZA approval. The ₹542.14-crore project will house around 2,700 animals and birds across 83 species. It will feature a day zoo, 5 night safari enclosures, reptile safari, aquarium and conservation facilities, combining wildlife protection with education and eco-tourism.
