Chandrasekaran Resigns As Tata Sons Chairman

Tata Sons Chairman Natarajan Chandrasekaran has resigned, according to sources, ahead of the group’s AGM on August 18. His current term ends in February 2027, and he will not seek another term. In 2025, Tata Sons had set conditions for extending his tenure, including keeping the company unlisted and resolving the SP Group’s stake issue.
