Medical student K. Priyanka, 28, died in Hyderabad on Sunday after two allegedly drunk youths ran over her with a car in Rajamahendravaram on August 3. Police arrested Suravarapu Daswanth and Andrew Joseph Edwards. After her death, police will change the case to culpable homicide and consider stronger charges against the accused.
