Four men, including two history-sheeters, were arrested in Telangana’s Jagtial district for allegedly gang-raping a woman on August 3. Police said the accused recorded the incident, threatened the woman and later blackmailed her with the video. The arrests followed her complaint. Two accused reportedly have multiple criminal cases against them.
