Vijay Hits Back At Udhayanidhi Over Mekedatu Issue

The Mekedatu dam issue sparked a heated exchange in the Tamil Nadu Assembly as CM Joseph Vijay replied to Opposition leader Udhayanidhi Stalin. Vijay said the Assembly had already passed a resolution against the project and that he had written to PM Modi opposing it. He asserted that Tamil Nadu's Cauvery water rights would not be compromised.
