AP IT and Education Minister Nara Lokesh will tour Visakhapatnam and Amaravati today. In Visakhapatnam, he will lay the foundation stone for the PV Sindhu Academy in Arilova and later inaugurate the IBM FutureNow Centre at Isukathota. In the evening, Lokesh will also travel to Amaravati to attend the convocation ceremony of Amrita University.
