AP Secures Higher Capital Investment Funds From Centre

Andhra Pradesh secured ₹19,619 crore under the Special Assistance to States for Capital Investment scheme in the last 2.5 years, the Centre told Parliament. The amount is 72% higher than the previous government's allocation. The state said better planning, timely project execution and fiscal discipline helped secure higher infrastructure funding.
