India Coach Steps Down, Eyes KKR Coaching Role

India assistant coach Ryan ten Doeschate has stepped down ahead of the Sri Lanka series and is expected to join Kolkata Knight Riders for IPL 2027. Ryan became part of India’s coaching staff after the 2024 T20 World Cup and helped the team win the 2025 Asia Cup and the 2026 T20 World Cup before returning to the Indian Premiere League.
