IPL founder Lalit Modi announced he will return to India after 16 years following a tribunal ruling in his favour in the 2009 IPL South Africa FEMA case. Calling the verdict the truth finally emerging after a long legal battle, Modi said he plans to visit India by the end of this year or early next year to begin a new chapter.
