Iran's army said it fired surface-to-surface missiles at a US base in Kuwait, targeting HIMARS systems at Camp Arifjan, according to a source. President Masoud Pezeshkian said the conflict had escalated into a "full-scale war." Camp Arifjan, south of Kuwait City, hosts US Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard personnel and key military assets.
