Four people, including three women, died and several others remain missing after heavy rain triggered flash floods and landslides in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district. Rescue teams are searching for the missing, while flooding also disrupted Rajouri. The IMD has forecast more heavy rain until July 23 and urged people to remain cautious.
