A 22-year-old woman from Nalgonda died after undergoing a tubal sterilisation at Neeladhrii Hospitals in Hyderabad. Her oxygen levels dropped post-surgery; she was shifted to Kamineni Hospitals but passed away on Sunday. Her family alleged medical negligence and protested. Police registered an unnatural death case and the body was sent for postmortem.
