Avinash Narne, a 30-year-old Telangana techie, was charged with first-degree murder for strangling his wife Raajitha Sabbineni in Washington. Police allege he staged the crime scene and sent a photo of her body to his secret girlfriend in India. Sabbineni had complained of bitter-tasting drinks before her death. Narne remains in custody on $5 million bail.
