Bombay HC Questions Police Action Against Protesters

The Bombay High Court questioned police action against protesters while hearing a case on an externment order. Justice Madhav Jamdar said citizens have the right to protest and criticised filing criminal cases against them. He also reminded police that they are public servants and must work according to the Constitution.
