Venezuela Declares Week-Long Mourning After Quake Tragedy

Venezuela has declared 7 days of national mourning after the twin earthquakes that struck the country on June 24. Acting President Delcy Rodriguez announced the decision to express solidarity with affected families. The twin quake disaster claimed at least 1,943 lives and left more than 10,500 people injured, as the nation continues relief efforts.
