Noel Tata To Step Down As Voltas Chairman

Noel Tata announced that Voltas' 72nd annual general meeting will be his last as chairman. He thanked shareholders, employees and partners for their support and said the company has a strong leadership team for the future. Tata, who became Voltas chairman in 2017, recently also announced his exit as Trent chairman.
