Cow Vigilantes Attack Cattle Traders In Haryana

Two Muslim cattle traders were assaulted and humiliated by cow vigilantes in Karnal, Haryana, on suspicion of smuggling cows for slaughter. The vigilantes claimed the traders fired at them. Police registered an FIR against the traders. A Gau Raksha Dal leader vowed to continue fighting, saying appeals for harmony are useless.
